Frequently asked questions
My PDF shows “no fillable fields”. What can I do?
The form is a flat or scanned page without real fields. Use Sign PDF to place text and signatures on it, or print it and fill it by hand.
Should I flatten the form after filling?
Flatten when you are sending the final copy, for example to a portal or an office, so the answers can’t be changed. Leave it unflattened if you or someone else needs to edit it later.
Can I type in Telugu or Hindi?
Yes. The value is stored as real text in the field and shown with your device’s fonts, so it displays correctly even in readers without Indian fonts.
Why can’t I fill an XFA form?
Forms made with Adobe LiveCycle (XFA) only work in Adobe Reader. They usually show a “please wait” message in other readers.
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens inside your browser, so bank statements, ID proofs, contracts and forms stay on your device.
