Frequently asked questions

Why is my SVG so large?

Every patch of colour becomes a shape. Photos have thousands of patches, so their SVGs can be several megabytes. Use fewer colours, lower detail or a smaller trace size, or keep photos as JPG.

Which images convert best?

Logos, icons, signatures, line drawings and clipart with flat colours and clean edges. Use a large, sharp PNG for the best result.

Can I use the SVG in Canva, Figma or a laser cutter?

Yes. The file is a standard SVG made of filled paths. For cutting and engraving, the Black & white preset with a transparent background gives clean outlines.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Everything happens in your browser, so your photos never leave your phone or computer.
