How do I make the GIF smaller?
Use a smaller width (320 or 240 px) and fewer photos. GIF files grow with every pixel and frame, and photos compress less well than flat graphics.
Why do my photos look slightly grainy?
A GIF can only use 256 colours per frame, so smooth gradients such as skies are dithered or banded. This is a limit of the GIF format.
Does it work with WhatsApp?
Yes. WhatsApp accepts GIF files as documents, and many phones turn them into a short looping video when you send them as media.
Are my photos uploaded?
