Why does my favicon not show in Google search?
Google needs a square icon of at least 48×48 pixels, linked from the home page and crawlable. It can take weeks to update.
Which icons does a site need?
At minimum favicon.ico (or SVG), a 180×180 apple-touch-icon.png, and 192×192 and 512×512 icons referenced in a web manifest.
