Frequently asked questions
What is a .env.example file?
A copy of .env with the values removed. Commit it to Git so others know which variables to set, and keep the real .env private.
Should values be quoted?
Quote values that contain spaces, # or special characters. The formatter adds quotes only where needed.
Is my data sent to a server?
No. Everything runs in your browser, so API keys, tokens, configs and customer data never leave your machine.
