Do columns need to be in the same order?
No. Columns are matched by header name.
What if there is no unique ID column?
Pick the column that is most unique, like a name or code. Rows with the same key may be compared imperfectly.
Are my files uploaded?
No. Files are read and processed by your browser on your own device, so there is no upload wait and no size limit set by a server.
