Frequently asked questions
Is there a time limit or watermark?
No. Recording length is limited only by your computer’s memory, and there is no watermark.
Why is there no sound in my recording?
Tick “Share tab audio” or “Share system audio” in the browser’s share dialog. System audio is supported in Chrome and Edge on Windows; on Mac, share a browser tab to include its sound.
Can I record my phone screen?
Phone browsers don’t allow websites to record the screen. Use the screen recorder in Android quick settings or iPhone Control Centre.
What format is the video?
MP4 in browsers that can record it directly, otherwise WebM. You can convert WebM to MP4 on the page after recording.
