Frequently asked questions
How do I use capture groups?
Turn on regular expressions, put parentheses around parts of the pattern and refer to them as $1, $2 in the replacement. Example: find (\w+)@(\w+) and replace with $2 at $1.
How do I replace line breaks?
With regular expressions on, search for \n and replace it with a space or a comma.
